The Word of our Testimony

Each Christian has a testimony. Are you using yours? Think about the testimony you have. That one you might keep locked away? Pull that thing off the shelf and remind yourself how God took away your pain, doubt, fear, and confusion. Remind yourself how He exchanged all of those things for His love, truth, peace, and joy.

Now, tell Him that you want to use your testimony to help others. Ask him to place someone in your path that needs to hear how He brought you back to Life.

I don’t post often about the very private ministry I am in because I choose to share my testimony. Over the course of many years I navigated through a destructive marriage. At the point I handed the navigation over to God, my testimony began.

Sharing how God redeemed my pain isn’t always easy, but it always humbles me to see the freedom it brings to His precious daughters. God removed the scales from the eyes of the Apostle Paul, and He does the same for us. That’s the power of allowing God to shift our focus from the world, to Life Himself. As each scale falls from our eyes, we see with increasing clarity.

God not only gives us the gift of our testimony, but when we choose to, He places others in our path who need our gift. And He uses our testimony to bring healing and freedom. Praise Him!

Revelation 12:11

They conquered him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; for they did not love their lives to the point of death.
